Sylvia Nichols Replaces the Late Anne Giddings on the Town Council

Probably old news today but Sylvia Nichols is replacing Anne Gidding's seat on the Town Council. http://www.rep-am.com/news/local/doc4df9f83d1edfb193685238.txt  Sylvia won a seat on the Town Council in last November's election, but was denied that seat due to minority representation requirements in the town charter

I welcome Sylvia to the Town Council and hope she runs this fall!
